Well, given the popularity of cryptocurrencies over the last few years, many people are now looking for information about cryptocurrencies AND searching for these terms online.
This means that if you’re able to rank for keywords such as “bitcoin”, “ethereum”, and “cryptocurrency” you’ll likely be able to tap into a large audience of people looking for information about your coin.

This means that your website could end up competing against websites with thousands (or millions) of crappy backlinks which makes it very difficult if not impossible for you to rank above them.
The good news is that this also means that if you do your SEO right, rank high for a few months, and build up some authority and trust in the eyes of search engines (and website visitors), you’ll likely stay ranked high for years to come.
